SHIPPING & RETURNS

Can I return my order? Yes, absolutely. If something isn't right, we want to sort it out for you. Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll take it from there.

For us to process your return, the item needs to be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached

What can't be returned? We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Baby and hygiene items such as bodysuits, diapers, creams, powders and anything worn close to the skin

  • Sale and discounted items as all sale purchases are final

How do I start a return? Just send us a message on WhatsApp or give us a call within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll check if your item qualifies and walk you through exactly what to do next. No stress.

What happens once my return is approved? Once we confirm your return, you get to choose what works best for you:

  • A full refund back to your original payment method

  • Store credit to spend on a future order

  • An exchange for something else you love

Who covers return shipping? If the item you received was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we take care of the return shipping cost. If you're returning because you changed your mind, the shipping cost will be on you.

Where do you deliver? We deliver to every state in Nigeria through DHL.

How long will my order take? It depends on where you are, but here's a rough idea:

  • Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt: usually 2 to 4 business days

  • Delta and Edo State: usually 1 to 3 business days (we're based right here in Warri)

  • Everywhere else: usually 3 to 6 business days

Once your order leaves us, you'll get a DHL tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a DHL tracking number so you always know where it is.
